I received the communication from the company right away to confirm my measurements and I agreed that they were correct. I was WRONG. I notified the company again and they modified the measurements for me at no additional charge (I did let them know within a couple of hours that I had made a mistake). It would have been appropriate for them to charge me as this was my error. The finished product is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The quality, the workmanship, the attention to details (like hiding the zipper pull, I’ve never seen that before) was incredible. "

"The cushion was made to the exact measurements I gave. Looks good, decent quality. My only complaint is that it was shipped with the zipper only halfway zipped shut. This cushion is almost 6 feet long and the zipper was zipped halfway to where it snagged. I thought I was going to have to send it back but finally I was able to free the zipper and it works fine. Looked like someone tried to zip it shut, ran into the issue and just shipped it snagged like that. (It’s the black swing cushion in the pic... pillows not from this seller.)"
