I rarely leave reviews but after debating ordering these cushions for window seats I feel like I should share to help others. They came perfect in sizing, and seem to be of high quality! I did 4 inch thickness on both. Very pleased with the price and the cushions.

10 Stars if I could. I just got this custom cushion today and amazed and delighted do not even cover how happy I am with this. I received the communication from the company right away to confirm my measurements and I agreed that they were correct. I was WRONG. I notified the company again and they modified the measurements for me at no additional charge (I did let them know within a couple of hours that I had made a mistake). It would have been appropriate for them to charge me as this was my error. The finished product is some of the best I¡¯ve experienced in a long time. The quality, the workmanship, the attention to details (like hiding the zipper pull, I¡¯ve never seen that before) was incredible. I was very pleased with the color match from the design choices offered. I immediately took it out of the sealed bag and it puffed up at once. I will definitely use this vendor again should I need any future custom pillows or seats. Thank you for making it super easy to work with this company!!!! Use them, you will not be disappointed.

The cushion was great, but, the material faded within just a few months for no apparent reason. It was on a covered porch and out of the sun. Should not have happened as far as I¡¯m concerned. I need to replace the cover and don¡¯t know if I can do that through this company.

As a homeowner, I wanted to improve the functionality of our window-side bench to make it a comfortable place to read. I needed a very specific size (76 x 15 inches) that I just couldn't find in any store, so I was nervous about placing a customizable order on Amazon. The process, however, was surprisingly professional. About 14 hours after I placed the order, the seller (ROFIELTY) sent a detailed confirmation message to double-check every spec: the dimensions, the "Classic Linen" fabric in Light Gray, the 3-inch thickness, and the non-slip bottom. The main trade-off is shipping time. The cushion shipped directly from China (SHANDONG CN) and took about 9 days to arrive. It came vacuum-packed, and after unrolling, it expanded to its full shape after about 12 hours in the sun. The cushion itself is fantastic. The stuffing is a little firmer than I expected, but I actually prefer it. It feels like a medium-firmness memory foam mattress to sit on, which seems much more durable and long-lasting than a soft, squishy pad. The fabric has also held up well. I've had to wipe down the Light Gray fabric a couple of times from dirt or rain from the open window, and it has tolerated the spot-cleaning (washability) perfectly so far. For a completely custom piece, the $94.49 price seemed very reasonable. Bottom Line: This cushion's quality and the seller's process gave me peace of mind. If you need a specific, non-standard size and are willing to be patient with international shipping, I'd absolutely recommend this. It's made our bench so much more functional.

Ordered a custom made cushion for the mud bench in my home. I got it today and it fit perfectly. One seam is slight wonky but I put it facing the back. Can¡¯t tell. I got the thicker foam and the double bind seams. Color works, size works, thickness and firmness seem good too.

The cushion was made to the exact measurements I gave. Looks good, decent quality. My only complaint is that it was shipped with the zipper only halfway zipped shut. This cushion is almost 6 feet long and the zipper was zipped halfway to where it snagged. I thought I was going to have to send it back but finally I was able to free the zipper and it works fine. Looked like someone tried to zip it shut, ran into the issue and just shipped it snagged like that. (It¡¯s the black swing cushion in the pic... pillows not from this seller.)
