Quality Check & Packaging (1-2 Business Days)
Each cushion undergoes thorough inspection before being carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping to You (6-12 Business Days)
Your cushions are on their way! Track your package in real-time and watch as it makes its journey to your home.
Standard Timeline: Expect your custom cushions to arrive within 15-20 business days from order placement. During peak seasons (holidays and major sales events), please allow an additional 3-5 business days.

Multiple Package Deliveries

When you order multiple cushions or larger items, your order may arrive in separate packages. This is completely normal and happens for several good reasons:

We absorb all additional shipping costs. Whether your order arrives in one box or multiple packages, you’ll never pay extra for shipping. Each package will have its own tracking number, and you’ll be notified of all shipments.
Important Delivery Information
Non-Delivery Issues
If you don’t receive your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We’ll immediately investigate with our carrier partners and work to resolve the situation.
Important: Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed, so please reach out promptly if you experience any delivery issues.

Signature Requirements
