I was concerned about ordering especially since it is non returnable/refundable. I finally did order two sets of window cushion seats 60 x 33 4 inches thick with no piping in chenille fleece cream along with two pillows per set. They came very quick and are perfect. I really like it when I have a vision of what I want and how it should look and the actual product turns out to be even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend these cushions and am considering ordering outside cushions in the near future.

I also enjoyed the option to add a second cover to exchange between periodically. Cushion is the perfect firmness to sit on and doesn’t squish too much. Colors are as they appear in advertisement as well.

10 Stars if I could. I just got this custom cushion today and amazed and delighted do not even cover how happy I am with this. I received the communication from the company right away to confirm my measurements and I agreed that they were correct. I was WRONG. I notified the company again and they modified the measurements for me at no additional charge (I did let them know within a couple of hours that I had made a mistake). It would have been appropriate for them to charge me as this was my error. The finished product is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The quality, the workmanship, the attention to details (like hiding the zipper pull, I’ve never seen that before) was incredible. I was very pleased with the color match from the design choices offered. I immediately took it out of the sealed bag and it puffed up at once. I will definitely use this vendor again should I need any future custom pillows or seats. Thank you for making it super easy to work with this company!!!! Use them, you will not be disappointed.

Decent quality and quick delivery time but unfortunately the color of the Linen Hemp Brown is too brown versus the softer gold tones shown in the photo. I compared colors on the computer AND cell phone before ordering. Even in the different lighting, it doesn’t come close. So be aware when ordering…it’s sort of a gamble when choosing fabric color online. Also, one of the two cushions was an inch longer than requested. I can’t help but feel disappointed but at least it is comfortable.

Very happy with my custom window seat cushion in chenille fleece/light blue. I do wish there was more than a thumbnail picture to choose your color from, it’s very anxiety inducing. Picture was taken 1 hour from unpackaging & other than slightly straightening the cording to the edges I think it looks really good. I received it a week before expected & they shipped it out the day after I ordered it (how?!!)

Everything is what I expected, color, size, depth,length. Only thing is the material didn’t flatten out, it has ripples in it.

I usually don’t do reviews, But I felt this was necessary. I received my Cushion and I LOVE IT!!!! (Now I can sleep comfortably on deck) The ONLY issue I had was the zipper broke. I contacted seller right away and took of the problem right away. I’m totally satisfied with Thickness and the way it looks.

The cushion was made to the exact measurements I gave. Looks good, decent quality. My only complaint is that it was shipped with the zipper only halfway zipped shut. This cushion is almost 6 feet long and the zipper was zipped halfway to where it snagged. I thought I was going to have to send it back but finally I was able to free the zipper and it works fine. Looked like someone tried to zip it shut, ran into the issue and just shipped it snagged like that. (It’s the black swing cushion in the pic... pillows not from this seller.)

Received product earlier which is great. Quality of material feels nice to the touch and padding is soft and comfortable to sit on. It’s only day 1 so we’ll see how it holds up. Fits perfect. Love the color. The only reason for the 4 stars is the cover is slightly either crooked or the something is off because the seams don’t line up with the edges. It’s not a deal breaker for me.

I’m very impressed with how good this came out. I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews about the zipper or the quality but honestly it’s great. First the zipper doesn’t feel that cheap. I feel like the people who ripped their zipper might’ve been a bit rough. Secondly, the quality is great. We chose the waterproof non slip option for our mud room and it was a wonky design. They followed up with me to make sure the zipper was on the correct side that I want. They send me visuals of how it’s going to look like based on my measurements. I waited the 48 hours so the wrinkles can go away(picture was first day install). It took roughly 2-3 weeks to get here and I am so happy with the results!

I have to write a reviews for these! We have a porch swing that has been in the family for years! It’s wood and now we live in a new place where we don’t have cover on the patio. I took a chance and ordered these custom water resistant cushions. They fit and look great - Love them! We live in the hot and humid and torrential rain climate in South Florida. These cushions dry quickly and are still like new after almost a year! I highly recommend this company that provides a service easily accessible.

Perfect for what I needed. The cushion looks great and is actually really comfortable. I honestly assumed it would be fairly flimsy since I only ordered 2inch thickness but it is firm enough that it provides a comfortable cushion against my metal swing. I will have to wait and see how it weathers the Colorado elements but so far I am very happy with it!

Good quality fabric and comfortable cushions. Sizing was exact to my specifications. The photo is just a few minutes out of the box, so hopefully will fluff up a bit more and lose the wrinkles.

I bought 3 of these - 2 in blue chenille double piped with black nonskid backs and 1 blue outdoor fabric no piping or backing, and they are all the right size and seem very well made. My only complaint is the zipper shows and since my cushions are dark blue, the white zipper seam is super obvious. For 2 of my 3 cushions, this didn\\\'t matter because they\\\'re backing up to walls but the 3rd cushion\\\'s back faces away from my table and toward viewers so I had to flip it around, and I\\\'m not too crazy about it. No fault of the seller, it\\\'s just something I hadn\\\'t thought of before ordering. If the seller could add one more option for \\\"no-show zipper\\\", then it would be 5/5 from me.
